Today the following happened:
1. I called in sick
2. I went grocery shopping
3. I went to the thrift store
4. I bought new shoes at the mall
5. I went out to lunch by myself
6. I went to the bookstore
7. I went to Office Depot
8. I went to the fabric store
9. I went home at my normal time
10. No one even knew I didn’t go to work
It was a mental health day. I need more of those.
